1.Who the site is for

This site is for marketing agencies and the people who work for them. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, if you apply on behalf of an agency, that you are authorized to do so.

2.The site is not a contract for services

The site describes our white-label services. Submitting the qualification form is an application, not a purchase or a binding agreement. We review every application and may accept or decline any application at our discretion.

Our services are provided only under a signed Partner Agreement and mutual NDA. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed Partner Agreement, the Partner Agreement prevails.

3.Pricing

Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes. Management fees do not include ad spend, which your client pays directly to Meta or Google. We may change the prices shown on this site at any time. Changes do not affect the pricing in a signed Partner Agreement. Any pricing lock offered to founding partners applies as written in the Partner Agreement.

4.Our guarantees

The 30-Day Risk-Free Start, Approved or It's Free and Poach-Proof Promise described on this site are summaries. Their full terms, conditions and the process to make a claim are set out in the Partner Agreement.

5.No guaranteed results

Advertising results depend on factors outside our control, including budget, offer, competition, creative approvals, and the algorithms and policies of advertising platforms. We do not guarantee any specific results, such as leads, sales, cost per lead or return on ad spend.

Any figures or sample reports shown on this site are examples and are not a promise of what your clients will achieve. The margin calculator gives estimates based only on the numbers you enter. It is not a promise of income.

6.Third-party platforms

Our services rely on platforms such as Meta and Google, which have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their decisions, including ad rejections, account restrictions or suspensions, policy changes, outages or changes to how their tools work.

Meta, Google Ads and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Funnel Wise Marketing is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Google.

7.Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information, or apply on behalf of someone without their permission
• Copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the site by automated means
• Attempt to access, disrupt or damage the site, its servers or its security
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

8.Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, design, graphics, the Funnel Wise Marketing name and logo, is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share it for your own business evaluation, but you may not copy, reproduce or use it for any other purpose without our written permission. Ownership of work we create for your clients is covered by the Partner Agreement.

9.Links to other sites

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10.Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the site, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free.

11.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funnel Wise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the site is limited to CAD $100. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to services provided under a Partner Agreement, which has its own terms.

12.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Funnel Wise harmless from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.

13.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute related to the site will be handled by the courts of Alberta, in the Judicial District of Calgary.

14.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
